NFIS recently honored Marion Beardsley , Karen Ross , Holly Williams, and Kayla Fenlon with Teaching Family Model Certifications. Staff participate in a year long professional evaluation process that includes systematic feedback w from all of the youth, parents, and agency professionals they worked with and achieving above average ratings, a documentation review, a professional and ethical appraisal, and finally, a comprehensive eyes on observational evaluation that ensures fidelity and excellence in the areas of treatment planning, teaching, relationship development, intervention progress, and trauma informed practices. NFIS is grateful and honored to have such a talented staff serving families in need of help, healing, and hope.
