NFIS prides itself on recruiting, hiring, and retaining some of the best staff in the fields of human services. In addition to being licensed by the State of Michigan to practice in the state, all of our staff have graduated from universities with at least a bachelor's degree, gone through a mandatory training regimen accredited by the Teaching Family Association, participate in annual continuing education, and go through an annual staff evaluation which includes feedback from consumer/clients, other staff, agencies, and stakeholders who we serve.
