44% of NFIS-served children reported to have school behavior problems.
14% of NFIS-served families contracted from CMH have Juvenile/Probate Court involvement upon admission.
Our service is provided to families in the following Northern Lower Michigan counties:
Antrim, Benzie, Charlevoix, Cheboygan, Crawford, Emmet, Grand Traverse, Iosco, Kalkaska, Leelanau, Manistee, Missaukee, Ogemaw, Oscoda, Otsego, Roscommon, and Wexford counties.
Our referrals are most commonly from local Community Mental Health (CMH) agencies, County Juvenile/Probate Courts, Departments of Human Services (DHS a.k.a. FIA), and other community organizations.
